All exchanges must be processed within 7 days of the original purchase. Jewelry must be unworn and with its complete original packing and including receipt.

Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange or store credit.

All Ilze Jewelry items are handcrafted in our studio in NY . All sales are final , Ilze Jewelry does not offer refunds. Returns are valid within 7 days of purchase and can be used for exchanges or store credit. A valid receipt must be present at the time of exchange. Ilze Jewelry will not exchange or credit any returned purchase that is deemed worn or damaged. Ilze Jewelry will provide a replacement for any defective merchandise that is returned within 180 days of purchase with a valid receipt present . Jewelry must be securely packed and packages must be shipped back to us using a trackable method ( USPS , UPS or Fed-Ex) Items should be insured for their full value .
